How we engage

A simple, predictable process.

Every engagement — training, solutions or consultancy — moves through the same four stages.

01

Brief

You share goals, constraints and a timeline. We confirm scope and assign a lead specialist within 24 hours.

02

Assess

Baseline audit, gap analysis or training-needs review — depending on the engagement type.

03

Deliver

Cohort training, on-site design work, or documentation and submissions — executed by senior specialists.

04

Sustain

Continuous support — alumni access, post-handover audits and renewal cycles for compliance work.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Who are the training programmes designed for?
We train Engineers, ITI, paramedical, Allied and VHSE candidates with certificate courses tailored for each. These are also suitable for working clinical engineers seeking specialisation.
How small are the cohorts?
We cap intake based on the equipment available in each module. Most programmes run with 12–18 participants so every individual can log supervised hours on every system in the curriculum.
Do you provide placement assistance?
Yes. We provide placement assistance for candidates with outstanding performance through our partner hospitals and companies in India and abroad.
Can you train an in-house team for a hospital?
Absolutely. We deliver custom cohorts on-site or at our training centre — calibrated to your equipment fleet, patient mix and service-level requirements.
What does a healthcare-solutions engagement involve?
Typical engagements span equipment planning, room-by-room layout, services briefs (medical gas, HVAC, electrical) and procurement support — from a 20-bed ICU expansion to a full hospital build.
Which regulatory pathways do you support?
JCI, ACHSI, NABH and NABL accreditation, AERB licensing, CE / MDR technical files, US FDA 510(k) submissions, ISO 13485 QMS implementation, and ongoing internal audits.
